Maintenance Team Member
We're seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Varsity Lakes, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to provide premium property maintenance services across the Gold Coast. What We Offer:

What We're Looking For:.
  • Trade qualification or minimum of 3 years experience as a maintenance technician or a similar role
  • Carpentry skills highly regarded
  • Understanding / experience in residential and commercial property maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual with an ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Physical fitness and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Safety-conscious mindset
  • Valid driver's license
Experience in property maintenance preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
